- Provide outstanding customer service and expert product recommendations for motorbike accessories
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
- Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage stock inventory, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise
- Maintain store presentation and cleanliness standards to create an appealing shopping environment
- Build and maintain positive relationships with repeat customers and encourage brand loyalty
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends related to motorbike accessories
- Support team objectives and contribute to overall store success
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles
- Valid Class 2B motorcycle license (compulsory for this role)
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and driving results
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customers
- Customer-focused with a genuine enthusiasm for motorbikes and related products
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shift schedules
- Basic proficiency in English; additional language skills (Mandarin) is advantageous
