Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying client needs and providing expert product recommendations.
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment through proactive merchandising and product displays.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team monthly sales targets.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep updated on the latest fashion, beauty, and optical industry trends.
- Handle inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with repeat customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in retail sales is a plus, but not mandatory as comprehensive training is provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
