Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing expert product recommendations in fashion, beauty, or optical categories.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store environment is attractive and organized.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with loyal customers to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends to provide knowledgeable styling advice.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels or equivalent professional certification.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty consulting, or optical sales is a strong advantage.
- Fresh graduates with a passion for sales and a positive attitude are welcome to apply (Training Provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Must be comfortable working on weekends and public holidays as per retail roster.
- A proactive mindset with a strong drive to hit sales targets.
