Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional styling advice and product recommendations to customers to drive sales.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and display according to brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and processing of new arrivals.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and promote loyalty programs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming storefront environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly store sales targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented mindset.
- Able to commit to a 5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.
