- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge for FILA, WILSON, DESCENTE, SALOMON, and ANTA products
- Assist customers in finding the right sports apparel and equipment based on their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Actively participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and store performance goals
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in sports apparel or equipment
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
