- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection and inquiries.
- Drive sales performance through effective product demonstrations and upselling techniques.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store by adhering to merchandising standards.
- Perform daily store maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Passion for golf or sports retail is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Reliable availability to work a full-time schedule (5 days per week).
- Physically fit to handle stock movement and stand for extended periods.
