Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers in testing merchandise to verify product functionality and condition
- Deliver personalized product demonstrations and technical specifications
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to maintain store presentation
- Contribute to achieving sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Ensure all customer interactions align with Harvey Norman service standards
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of electronics or furniture products
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Valid Malaysian work permit (if applicable)
