Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year retail sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales acumen and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and visual merchandising
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (for documentation)
