- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Drive sales by effectively showcasing product features and benefits
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing store displays
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and inventory counts
- Actively participate in store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Stay informed about product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
