Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a personalized and exceptional shopping experience.
- Showcase in-depth product knowledge to recommend items that align with the customer’s style and budget.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store looks fresh, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and organizing stock rooms.
- Engage with customers through social media channels and in-store events to drive brand engagement.
- Support store operations and team goals during peak hours to ensure smooth store performance.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
- Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of current trends and styling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 10kg).
- Ability to work well within a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced atmosphere.
