In this role, you will act as a true ambassador of the Kate Spade brand. You are the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for creating an inviting, personalized, and memorable shopping experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with clients in a personalized manner.
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining deep knowledge of Kate Spade product lines, brand heritage, and current collections.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards on the sales floor, ensuring the boutique is always clean, organized, and displays are pristine.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle customer inquiries or returns with professionalism.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and store loyalty.
- Participate in stock management, inventory counts, and replenishment duties as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in luxury or premium retail sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers.
- A genuine passion for fashion, style, and the Kate Spade brand aesthetic.
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet KPIs.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and festive seasons.
- Professional demeanor, well-groomed appearance, and high energy level.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language skills are an asset.
