- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations for lighting and bathroom fixtures
- Drive showroom sales by understanding customer needs and matching them with appropriate products
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous learning about new lighting and bathroom technologies
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our retail management system
- Assist with showroom merchandising and visual presentation to create an inviting shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in home improvement, lighting, or bathroom fixtures
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customer base
- Excellent product knowledge and willingness to learn about lighting and bathroom products
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling payments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
