Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate lighting and bathroom fixture solutions.
- Maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing showroom floor to drive product engagement.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer outreach and effective closing techniques.
- Process sales transactions accurately and manage point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, specifications, and current home design trends.
- Handle customer inquiries and after-sales support with professionalism and patience.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfillment.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss product performance and sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home improvement, furniture, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Possess a positive, proactive 'can-do' attitude and a hunger for hitting sales targets.
- Proficient in spoken and written English; fluency in a second language is a plus to assist a wider range of clients.
- Basic computer literacy for processing orders and managing administrative tasks.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
- Strong interest in interior design, lighting, or home decor is highly advantageous.
- Reliable, punctual, and a dedicated team player.
