Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing personalized fragrance consultations and product demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Love Maya product range, including scent notes, ingredients, and brand story.
- Ensure the store environment is impeccably clean, organized, and follows visual merchandising standards.
- Accurately process customer transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle various payment methods.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage brand loyalty and repeat visits.
- Assist in the execution of in-store promotions, product launches, and special events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM or equivalent; previous experience in retail or beauty is a significant plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
- A friendly, outgoing, and professional personality with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for fragrances, beauty products, or the lifestyle retail industry.
- Willingness to work on a shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and stock counts.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
