- Deliver world-class service to exceed customer expectations and drive brand loyalty.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert product recommendations.
- Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain excellent store visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and stock takes.

- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level qualifications or equivalent.
- Prior experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
