Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and after-sales support.
- Ensure the store layout and product displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and manage product placement to ensure availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify and communicate market opportunities to management to drive sales strategies.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK/D3 is a plus).
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- A positive attitude, high energy, and a genuine passion for helping customers.
