Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional, friendly, and personalized service to all customers entering the store.
- Assist customers in selecting eyewear frames and lenses that match their facial features, lifestyle, and prescription requirements.
- Perform basic frame adjustments and minor repairs to ensure optimal fit and comfort for the customer.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and cleanliness to ensure an inviting shopping environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory replenishment, stock counts, and handle customer inquiries regarding product availability.
- Educate customers on lens technology, coatings, and the latest trends in eyewear.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in retail, optics, or customer-facing roles is highly advantageous, though entry-level candidates with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and fashion trends to assist with styling and frame recommendations.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
