Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommend items based on customer needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing by maintaining displays and stock levels.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and organizing stockrooms.
- Support store operations during peak hours and assist with promotional events.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and passionate about customer service.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise.
