Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting them with product inquiries.
- Drive store sales by actively promoting products and sharing expert fashion advice.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and display organization.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and manage payment collections.
- Assist in stock replenishment, inventory management, and regular stock counts.
- Handle customer feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for all patrons.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of SPM or equivalent educational background.
- Prior experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- A positive, proactive, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Energetic team player with a passion for the fashion industry.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with operating point-of-sale systems.
