- Deliver exceptional customer service through product demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales achievement by meeting/exceeding KPIs and utilizing upselling techniques
- Process transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Ensure store presentation standards are met through merchandising and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professional problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and operational excellence
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education preferred
- Minimum 1 year retail/sales experience with proven track record
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Customer-centric mindset with service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Interest in consumer electronics and technology trends
- Team player with collaborative approach to retail operations
