Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product consultations to shoppers
- Achieve daily sales targets and contribute to monthly revenue goals
- Maintain optimal store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Demonstrate and explain wellness products to customers effectively
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability
- Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
- Collaborate with team members to create an engaging shopping environment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/PMR qualification or equivalent
- 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Malay and English
- Friendly, approachable personality with genuine enthusiasm for wellness products
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours
- Interest in health, nutrition, and wellness topics is a plus
