- Warmly greet every customer and provide an exceptional service experience.
- Proactively offer product recommendations and share knowledge about our bakery items.
- Handle POS transactions accurately and maintain efficient checkout processes.
- Ensure the storefront remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Manage inventory restocks to ensure fresh products are always available.
- Address customer inquiries or feedback with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with the back-of-house team to maintain seamless store operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or the food and beverage industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and payment transactions.
- Enthusiastic about learning and promoting new menu items.
