We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our expanding team.
In this role, you will be the face of our premium TCM and health supplement brand. You will engage with a diverse international clientele, providing expert advice on our high-quality cordyceps and wellness products. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations to clients at our Marina Bay Sands boutique.
- Maintain deep knowledge of TCM health benefits, cordyceps properties, and the company's full product catalog.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of store visual merchandising and cleanliness.
- Process transactions accurately and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Educate customers on product usage, contraindications, and wellness lifestyle tips.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Prepare daily sales reports and assist in stock replenishment activities.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in the wellness, TCM, or luxury health supplement industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain health concepts clearly.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous to communicate with regional clientele.
- Passionate about Traditional Chinese Medicine and natural health solutions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required by the retail environment.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance consistent with a luxury retail setting.
