Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert product demonstrations and recommendations to customers across Sony's electronics lineup.
- Achieve and exceed monthly individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and product display accuracy.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support with professionalism and patience.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store manager to ensure stock availability.
- Actively participate in product training sessions to stay updated on the latest Sony innovations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in consumer electronics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and a team player who thrives in a target-driven environment.
- Passion for consumer electronics and a strong willingness to learn technical product details.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus for customer engagement.
