In this role, you will act as a design advisor for homeowners, interior designers, and contractors. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional, consultative product recommendations to customers based on their design preferences and budget.
- Maintain deep knowledge of current lighting and bathroom fixture trends and technical specifications.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling/cross-selling efforts.
- Assist customers with store walkthroughs, product demonstrations, and technical inquiries.
- Coordinate with the operations team to manage stock levels, inventory displays, and showroom upkeep.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle administrative duties such as quotation preparation and delivery scheduling.
- Follow up with existing clients and interior design partners to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels, or equivalent certifications.
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in furniture, home decor, or hardware, is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in interior design and home renovation.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
