Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for mobile phones, tablets, accessories, and lifestyle gadgets.
- Provide expert product demonstrations and comprehensive information on features, benefits, and specifications to customers.
- Conduct needs-based 'solution-selling' by understanding customer requirements and recommending appropriate service plans, devices, and accessories.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit card payments, and managing sales documentation.
- Maintain an attractive and organized retail store environment, ensuring product displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering post-sale support and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends, product launches, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Actively participate in promotional activities, product launches, and store events to drive customer engagement and sales.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the mobile telecommunications or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong passion for mobile technology, gadgets, and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
