Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and offering expert product recommendations.
- Drive retail sales by actively promoting Legrand’s product portfolio, including electrical wiring, switches, sockets, and smart home solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in accordance with company branding guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to ensure product availability.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Assist in visual merchandising and stock replenishment activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the electrical, consumer electronics, or home improvement sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
