Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on electrical and home appliance products.
- Actively promote and demonstrate product features, benefits, and special offers to drive sales and meet individual targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash and card payments.
- Maintain an attractive and organized showroom floor, ensuring products are well-displayed, priced correctly, and stock levels are adequate.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving new stock, conducting stock takes, and reporting discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store sales goals and maintain a positive working environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM/High School Certificate or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a retail sales environment, preferably with electrical goods or home appliances.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a proactive attitude.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
