Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage customers to identify needs and present tailored furniture solutions
- Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding monthly targets through effective upselling
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of furniture materials, styles, and customization options
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance store aesthetics and customer engagement
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and customer service
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through post-sale follow-ups and referrals
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain market advantage
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Strong negotiation and closing techniques with proven track record of meeting targets
- Proficiency in CRM systems and point-of-sale technology
- Passion for furniture design and home aesthetics with keen eye for detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent; business degree or certification preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin advantageous for diverse clientele
