- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding daily and monthly revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
- Productively demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor display.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
- Stay updated on the latest product trends and competitor activities to offer informed recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to service.
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in business or marketing is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Self-motivated with a keen interest in career growth and development.
