Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and offering professional recommendations.
- Demonstrate products to potential buyers, explaining features, benefits, and usage to drive sales conversion.
- Actively promote products and participate in in-store campaigns to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Build and nurture relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotional offers, and competitor activities to better serve customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification in any field.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- A friendly, approachable, and customer-centric attitude is essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems are advantageous.
- Valid identification and reliable transportation to Penang Island.
