Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized consultations to customers, recommending optical solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Drive store revenue by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, including product displays and cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales service with professionalism and grace.
- Collaborate with the store management team to organize inventory and manage stock replenishment.
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay updated on the latest optical innovations.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the optical, lifestyle, or luxury sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and professional appearance.
- Proficient in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus to serve our diverse clientele.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
