Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive accessory needs and provide expert product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised showroom to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep updated on the latest automotive trends, parts compatibility, and installation procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field; retail experience is an added advantage.
- Strong interest or basic knowledge in automotive parts and accessories.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Malay, or Chinese to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and undergo provided technical product training.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for sales reporting.
