Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with customers entering the showroom to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate Boloni products with expert knowledge, highlighting features, benefits, and design possibilities.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and fostering long-term relationships.
- Maintain the showroom's visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are displayed attractively and cleanly.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling payments and order documentation.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Assist with inventory management and reporting as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods, home furnishings, or a showroom environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent product presentation and demonstration abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) and POS systems.
