Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales of furniture, bedding, and home electrical products through effective consultative selling techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience from consultation to delivery.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product specifications, features, benefits, and promotions to confidently address customer inquiries.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Assist in the visual merchandising and display of the showroom to ensure an attractive and organized shopping environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and coordinate with the logistics team for delivery scheduling.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches in the home and living industry.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent; Diploma in Retail Management or Business is an advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of proven retail sales experience, preferably in furniture, bedding, or home living products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin (to serve a diverse customer base).
- Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping people create their dream home.
- Goal-oriented, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office) and POS systems.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (retail hours).
- Physically fit to assist with product demonstration and showroom maintenance.
