Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting frames and lenses that suit their face shape and personal style.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of various optical products and lens technologies.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales transactions and handle returns or exchanges.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, ensuring product displays are attractive and organized.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Manage inventory levels, including checking stock and coordinating with the back office for replenishment.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and optical industry developments to provide informed advice to customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably within the optical or fashion industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers of all backgrounds.
- Basic knowledge of eye care products and optical frames is highly desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software.
- A professional appearance and a positive, customer-centric attitude are essential.
