- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to clients seeking eyewear solutions
- Conduct eye health consultations and recommend appropriate frames, lenses, and accessories
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Manage inventory, including receiving stock, conducting stocktakes, and ordering products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and display areas
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and vision care technologies
- Collaborate with optometrists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the optical or fashion industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
