Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales growth through personalized customer engagement and product recommendations
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Manage visual merchandising to ensure attractive product displays
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register accountability
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory software
