- Greet and welcome customers entering the showroom, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Provide expert product knowledge and tailored recommendations on home appliances, furniture, bedding, and aircon systems.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by demonstrating product features and explaining benefits.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to encourage loyalty and referrals.
- Organize and maintain the showroom displays to ensure products are presented attractively and according to company standards.
- Keep the sales floor well-stocked with inventory and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to team success.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in any field is preferred, though relevant experience is highly valued.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping others find the right products.
- Familiarity with home appliances, furniture, and home improvement is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
