Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers in-store with product inquiries, demonstrations, and purchasing decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Support the retail team in daily operations, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and store readiness.
- Learn and communicate the features, benefits, and value of smartphones and accessories effectively.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and team goals through proactive engagement.
- Participate in inventory management activities such as stock counts and audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in any discipline, preferably related to business, marketing, or retail.
- Strong interest in retail, customer service, and technology.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Available to commit to a full-time internship for a specified duration (e.g., 3-6 months).
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
