Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily sales operations to ensure store targets are achieved.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize individual and team performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for stock replenishment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.
- Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail sales or sales management.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with consumer electronics and gadget products is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
