Tanggung Jawab
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales in retail locations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff
- Ensure products are properly displayed, stocked, and priced according to company standards
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide on-the-job training to retail staff on product features and benefits
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform merchandising decisions
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and merchandising activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or a related role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store visits
