- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to effectively guide customers through their purchasing journey.
- Drive store sales by actively upselling, cross-selling, and closing deals to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a customer-centric approach to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are kept to company standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal sales events.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Retail Sales Officer, Sales Associate, or similar customer-facing role.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of successful deal closing and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a highly customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash registers and daily financial reconciliations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required in retail.
- Familiarity with the retail landscape and consumer products in Kalimantan Timur is highly desirable.
