Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell Honor brand telecommunications products through personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
- Provide exceptional in-store service, including product troubleshooting, plan comparisons, and after-sales support
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure sales areas are inviting and product information is current
- Collaborate with store teams to execute promotional campaigns and maximize visibility of Honor products
- Document customer feedback and market insights to inform product positioning strategies
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain expertise on Honor's latest innovations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics or telecommunications
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in customer-facing roles
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales certifications are advantageous
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and extended mall hours during peak periods
- Proficiency in English with ability to learn basic Mandarin for multi-lingual customer interactions
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship
