EuropAce is seeking dynamic and energetic Retail Sales Promoters to join our expanding team in Singapore. As a 33-year-old established Singapore brand sold in major retail chains, we are looking for passionate individuals to represent our premium home furnishing products.

We offer a competitive base salary of $4,000 – $6,000 per month, combined with high commission structures that have no cap, allowing you to achieve a total monthly income ranging from $3,000 to $12,000. - Engage with customers warmly and demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
- Drive sales performance by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable home furnishing solutions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing product display area.
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash handling responsibly.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and build lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with store management and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level education or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a willingness to learn new products.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods during shifts.
- Own transport is an advantage.
