Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales through proactive customer engagement and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in assigned retail territories
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective merchandising and store promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to distribution team
- Provide product knowledge training to retail staff
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence for product improvements
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute in-store campaigns
- Maintain accurate sales records and reporting documentation
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years retail/distribution sales experience OR fresh graduate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic sales techniques and customer service principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy for sales reporting systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Indonesian work permit if applicable
