Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets to promote and sell products
- Implement in-store promotional campaigns and visual merchandising standards
- Monitor product availability, stock levels, and competitor activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store staff
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence for product improvement
- Prepare and submit sales activity reports and performance metrics
- Coordinate with distribution team to ensure timely product replenishment
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or field marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Familiarity with Surabaya retail landscape advantageous
- Basic computer skills for reporting and data management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
