Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement sales strategies for Modern Trade (hypermarkets, supermarkets) and General Trade (traditional retailers, wholesalers) channels
- Manage existing client relationships while actively prospecting new retail partnerships
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide actionable insights for improvement
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure optimal product availability and inventory management
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
- Train and support retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or channel management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in FMCG or consumer goods sector
- Strong understanding of Modern Trade and General Trade dynamics in the Indonesian market
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in sales analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively in teams
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
