Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales growth by effectively promoting and selling metal works products to retail customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge
- Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-stocked
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies for the Bandung market
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain sales records
- Stay updated on product features and industry trends to provide expert customer guidance
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business/marketing preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail sales experience with proven track record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer service focus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems
- Goal-oriented mindset with ability to meet/exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of metal products or construction materials is advantageous
