Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales of musical instruments, accessories, and educational programs through personalized customer consultation
- Manage daily retail operations including inventory control, merchandising, and store presentation
- Provide expert product demonstrations and music education guidance to customers
- Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Train and mentor junior staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and implement strategic improvements
- Coordinate with music school departments to align retail offerings with educational programs
- Uphold Cristofori's brand reputation through exceptional service and ethical sales practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years retail sales experience with proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Passion for music and strong understanding of musical instruments/education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Proficiency in retail management systems and POS operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in team leadership and staff development preferred
- Basic music knowledge or willingness to undergo comprehensive product training
